If you wake up and don't know where you were:

  1. READ this file FIRST
  2. READ ../SESSION-STATE.md SECOND
  3. Read today's + yesterday's daily notes (memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md)
  4. Search memory_search for "last task" or "current work"
  5. NEVER ask "where were we?" — the answer is literally in this file

Danger Zone Trigger

When session_status shows context >= 60%:

  • CLEAR this file (keep header)
  • Start logging every exchange
  • After compaction: read this file, extract important context, write to SESSION-STATE.md
  • Leave this file as-is until next 60% threshold

This file survives compaction. SESSION-STATE.md is my RAM. This is my recovery disk.
